I have tried performing a clean install, replacing the files before launching etc. After replacing the files, the problems mentioned earlier started to occur. I still have multiple ffmpeg.dll files on my computer among many folders, but I don't know whether I can delete them without causing more harm.Īnd importantly - I have once launched the app without replacing the files and it worked perfectly fine (working previews, no errors - just a trial version watermark since it was not fixed). I deleted every ffmpeg.exe file other than the one from Topaz, but it did not help at all. I tried Googling this issue, and according to some advice chances are that FFMPEG provided by Topaz might conflict with the FFMPEG files that were already present on the device. There is no error code, just "Unknown error" and there is nothing under "last FFMPEG message". The app launches and runs, but unfortunately, I'm a getting a processing error everytime I try to preview (or render) anything. KEY FEATURES: Resize images to a desired size.
I created the files in notepad - these were completely empty, just with matching names and file extensions (I didn't receive any replacement files with File CR download, just a short ReadMe with instructions) It uses the power of Topaz’s proprietary Artificial Intelligence engine to make sharper and clearer upscaled images than traditional upscaling tools.
